Overview: Contractor will provide Project Management/Organization Change Management (OCM) support of Company’s Material Data Management initiatives. Candidate will lead the strategy, implementation, and close-out for all PMO & OCM related activities.
Responsibilities:

  • Development, management, and oversight of Strategy (familiar with Prosci methodology and tools)
  • Practical and intentional application of both ADKAR and Prosci three phases of change with related plans, which includes:
    • Communication Plan – Development of robust and clear communication plan including a stakeholder analysis, sponsorship levels, communication modes/channels, messaging themes, schedule, and content development, presentations, infographics, including development and content in SharePoint intranets.
    • Training Plan – Plan development and may include audience analysis, KSA gaps analysis, needs assessment for design stage (objectives development), schedule, management of delivery modes/types, and SME work sessions, training content and materials development, and plan tracking.
    • May include other standard Prosci plans including: Sponsorship Roadmap, Resistance Management Plan, Sustainment Plan, and Coaching Plan (fit for purpose, as needed).
  • Exercise excellent relationship manager and be able to adapt to all levels of the organization. Lead will meet with a range of clients including SMEs, individual contributors, mid-management, and executive levels.
  • Methodology will follow Prosci principles and toolkits, including the use of Prosci Online Access to tools.
  • PM/OCM support tasks include tracking progress (e.g., success indicators), setting up and leading meetings and working sessions, including the facilitation of training sessions.
  • Project Status Reporting: Leverage the Project status template, which will be completed weekly for ECM and Project.
  • Project Closure and Transition Plan: Lead will leverage the Transition Plan template, which includes Critical Task, Description of items (Also consider critical knowledge, skills, and abilities), Importance (Gauge importance (H, M, L), Frequency - How often is this performed?, Resources - What resources (files, people, web sites, references, etc.) are required? for the following categories: Program/Project Mgmt. Oversight - Roles & Responsibilities, Reporting and Dashboard, Meetings, recommendations, list of project artifacts, list any actions are still open, list any risks are still pending, list any dependencies.
  • Other tasks to support project or initiatives may be requested, based on project needs, and as directed by project or initiative leads.
Qualifications:
  • Must have 3-7 year experience managing and delivering on PM/OCM/Comm/training projects.
  • Must have experience working on software technology/technical projects, such as systems data upgrade projects (preference knowledge in materials management and materials data)
  • Must have strong Communication skills in writing and developing professional and visually compelling looking content, infographics, and products using SharePoint, PowerPoint, MS Word
  • Strong communication skills and experience positioning technical features into non-technical language that can be understood by both non-technical and executive audiences
  • Must have experience managing and developing training materials, as well as strong facilitation skills
  • Basic Project Management skills, including knowledge management and organizing information and repositories
  • Expert user of the following MS Office suite of products: PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, and Excel
