Job Description
Overview: As an Order Processor with SolarWinds you will be part of a global team processing a high volume of orders, across a broad range of products. You will work closely with customers & internal departments to resolve order issues. You will be an expert at navigating billing & provisioning systems, with accuracy and efficiency. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently and as a team member.Responsibilities:
  • Process high volume of orders of increasing range and complexity, with accuracy and efficiency
  • Understand and adhere to departmental policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge of SolarWinds product range, and of how products are provisioned and invoiced
  • Meet defined metrics for accuracy and productivity
  • Provide consistently exceptional customer service, and recognize when to escalate issues to senior team members
  • Help with additional projects and tasks related to Global Revenue Operations as they arise
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload to complete job duties on time
  • A high degree of attention to detail, the ability to manage all tasks with maximum accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to respond clearly and calmly in stressful situations in both verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SFDC, NetSuite, Zuora or other CRM applications
  • Flexibility in work schedule when required


Preferred Qualifications:

1-2 years of demonstrated experience in sales support, sales operations, data entry or order management
