Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle Identity Management Solutions engineer, responsible for the design and development of complex solutions utilizing Oracle IDM stack, comprised of Oracle Identity Governance Suite (aka formerly Oracle Identity Management Suite).
  • Main focus is targeted towards OID, OIM, OAM and OAAM components and the design, provisioning, operational and Management aspects of these products.
  • Responsibilities include translating business requirements into software design specifications using standard design Methodologies.
  • Design, develop, test and document system components, including Roles, Provisioning/Reconciliation, Access Policies, Connectors, Workflows and Custom Interfaces.
  • Collaborate with developers, system engineers, and software and/or business testers on system integration and end-to end testing.
  • Work with system engineers to define infrastructure requirements based on technical specifications.
  • Design and conduct system load tests and tune system components to improve performance, scalability, security and Stability.
  • Work with technical teams to document installation and configuration of IDM components.
  • Work with technical teams to define/automate common administrative tasks such as provisioning and management of IDM products.
  • Design and develop automation tasks relating to provision and maintain IDM products including OID, OIM and OAAM.
Desired qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience implementing Oracle Identity Manager 11g or 12c (preferred)
  • Installing and configuring Oracle Identity Manger in a clustered environment
  • Developing and deploying custom connectors
  • Configuring provisioning and reconciliation processes
  • Configuring roles and access policies
  • Developing complex custom workflow processes
  • Customizing the OIM user interface
  • Extending OIM functionality using APIs
  • 5+ years’ experience with Oracle SOA Suite including:
  • Developing composite applications using BPEL
  • Human Workflows
  • Business Rules
  • Experience with Oracle Java Development a plus
  • WebLogic 10.3(or greater)
  • Java Persistence API (JPA)
  • Web Services (JAX-WS, WS-Security)
  • Experience with Oracle Database (11g or 12c) a plus
  • Oracle Virtual Directory(OVD), Oracle Internet Directory(OID), Oracle Identity Management(OIM), Oracle Access
  • Manager (OAM), Oracle adaptive access Manager (OAAM), Oracle Web Services Manager (OWSM)
  • Oracle BI Publisher experience is a plus.
  • Well versed in enterprise architecture, SOA, Java, J2EE and Web Services
  • Full-cycle implementation (requirements gathering, design, implementation, integration, and testing)
  • Documented operational experience involving IDM products, primarily OID, OIM and OAAM
  • Solid written and oral communication skills to provide the client with clear, concise architectural documentation and Guidance

Detailed Description and Job RequirementsDesign, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
