In this role you will:
Support the end-users of the Oracle EBS R12 application , specifically related to the CLM module.
Lead the CLM O&M workstream currently on the ground to manage expectations and strategically support the client.
Act as the point person for the Chief of Acquisitions.
Provide leadship and expertise to analyze, troubleshoot and recommend solutions and improvements based on best practices and R12.2.5 funcitonality for the CLM business process flow areas.
Responsible for leading/conducting the weekly status meetings with the client on the CLM O&M engagement.
Lead and conduct periodic functional help desk training sessions for the end-users.Required Qualifications: Required Skills:
  • Solid working knowledge of federal acquisition processes
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • At least 8 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12
  • Managerial experience leading a team of 2-4 functional and technical SMEs
  • Experience supporting or implementing Oracle Financials R12 (any version over 12.1, preferrably 12.2.5 or above)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to be able to interact with business stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the CLM processes (Planning, requirements, sourcing and evaluation, award, post-award (mods/administration), receiving, invoicing, closeout)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to obtain public trust security clearance
  • Proficient in MS Office
Desired Qualifications: Desired Skills:
  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Experience with setups/configuration within Oracle
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
  • Experience working with Oracle Managed Cloud (OMCS) (SR’s/ CR’s) etc in a hosted environment
