Personal Eyes, LLC is looking for a part-time Optician in our fast-paced, tech based eye care practice in Paoli, PA. If you have Optical experience and are a team oriented individual possessing excellent verbal/written and organizational skills, great at multi-tasking, self motivated with attention to detail and are committed to delivering the highest quality service to our patients, please apply today to join our small team here at Personal Eyes!

Job Summary and Responsibilities

Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 9am - 2pm

• Dispensary sales and inventory
• Style selection
• Fitting/adjustments repair and troubleshooting
• Teaching care and handling of glasses
• Ordering frames and lenses for patients
• Answering phones and making appointments as necessary

Supported by excellent customer service and communication skills, patient follow-up, comprehension of managed care with an ability to explain eye-care benefits and EHR utilization.

Qualifications

• High school or GED equivalent (preferred)
• Previous optical experience

Salary and Benefits

Offering excellent pay, autonomy and on and off site training for the right individual.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Optical: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• ABO Certification (Preferred)
