Job Description

This is a new role being introduced to oversee and develop the operational processes for a new line of business at Unified, the Digital Market. This role will report to the VP of Business Operations and will be responsible for the strategic development of the processes and workflow tools that enable the Ad Operations team’s day to day. In this role, the Operations Manager will partner closely with the business stakeholders to understand business challenges and needs and translate them into technical requirements. They will partner with the business team to prioritize those enhancements and with more technical resources to implement the changes. This individual will be responsible for all training and development, including assembling training materials and post-release measurement. This individual should have a knack for designing and optimizing processes, documenting business requirements, and the desire to become completely immersed in a process.


Job Description :

  • Interface directly with key business stakeholders to understand and document day to day operations, critical business processes and pain points

  • Assess changes to workflow due to business needs and work with stakeholders to prioritize and ultimately implement those changes

  • Transform functional business requirements into technical designs and partner with more technical resources to release changes to production

  • Create test plans and cases for system enhancements and

  • Lead discovery and feedback sessions with stakeholders with a focus on continuously improving day to day operations

  • Lead change management process following each release, includes assembling training collateral and running the training

  • Track bugs and work with internal engineering team to resolve and ensure regression testing is adhered to

  • Act as Tier 1 support (i.e., troubleshooting issues, replicating bugs, and resolving simple requests) and escalate to a senior Salesforce admin, if necessary

  • Produce measurement reporting following releases to measure adoption


Skills and Experience :

  • 3+ years of years of Project/Process Management

  • 4+ years of Operations experience

  • Extensive experience documenting business processes and requirements and/or designing workflows

  • Experience with Salesforce/Community a plus

  • Able to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Advanced Excel skills e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
