TackL Health is looking for a reliable Operations Coordinator/ Sales Assistant

We need an independent take charge individual with heavy admin experience.

Responsibilities may include: managing schedules; logistics, providing comprehensive administrative support to assure the smooth running of a busy office.

Candidates should have exceptional communication skills, a commitment to achieving a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and a no-task-too-small approach to the work. An ideal team member will be able to work well independently but also be flexible enough to be directed at times.


This position may evolve however, at the moment our biggest need is client interaction. The person who is hired will be responsible for clarifying new client needs, and coordinating resources to fulfill those needs. Other projects as assigned.


  • Maintain accurate and complete files and records regarding general and confidential department and company matters
  • Compose, edit, and distribute correspondence reports and presentations while maintaining highest level of professionalism
  • Proactively and independently address highly confidential and sensitive matters
  • Participate in special projects and engage with all team members
  • Contribute to effectiveness by participating in meetings, taking notes and tracking action items
  • Independently represent Executives in responding to internal and external communications, including customers, internal staff and industry colleagues
  • Provide administrative support by answering and directing phone calls, managing calendar and contacts, setting up conference calls, entering data, proofreading, and formatting
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree, with evidence of academic or other intellectual distinction
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Willingness to enthusiastically complete both high-level and low-level tasks
  • Exemplary references
