Department Intercollegiate Athletics
Essential FunctionsThis position performs a variety of physical tasks to changeover event setups and maintain the arena. The tasks require the ability to lift up to 50lbs and work a varied schedule. The position reports to the Operations Supervisors.
Duties include: setting up and tearing down flooring, portable chairs, barricades, staging, lighting, tables and other furnishings and equipment. Perform various duties to ensure that day to day operations of the facility are met. May operate light equipment and machines such as forklifts, lifts, loaders and cleaning equipment as needed.
This crew has 2 rates. When performing operations tasks the shift rate is $12.50/hour. When performing changeover tasks the shift rate is $16/hour.
Hours are not guaranteed, shifts are scheduled based on events and building needs.
