We are a rapidly expanding business, currently seeking a Digital Onsite Ad Trafficker who has a passion for delivering results to the right audience at the right time. As a key member of the marketing team, you will stand up new onsite channel marketing programs to run targeted marketing campaigns that attract and engage our customers throughout their lifecycle. This includes campaigns via site, social marketing, app notifications, and other digital channels. This person is passionate about testing and analyzing to improve the customer experience, onsite placements and landing page performance-level metrics, and ultimately the downstream business impact. They have a high bar for quality and challenge their peers to continually raise the bar for their campaigns. The ideal candidate will be customer obsessed and results-driven, with excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and an aptitude to learn quickly. Essential Duties:

  • Traffic content and apply targeting rules to Vetsource.com
  • Set up Social Media campaigns applying content and segmentation
  • Upload marketing completed assets to blog posts, PDFs, onsite applications to site
  • Monitor advertisements providing insights on performance, engagement, targeting, messaging, and design
  • Work with cross-functional teams within the organization (e.g. marketers, partner teams, product managers, and analytics) to execute against our strategies in a closed-loop environment
  • Utilize marketing resource management application to manage workload, prioritization, and inform the marketing planning process
  • Develop documentation for digital channel best practices, processes, and testing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Support channel expansion to SMS, push, and advertising

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity working with an enterprise level marketing automation platform and/or ad platforms
  • Expertise in HTML and CSS
  • Familiarity with SQL or AND/OR logic statements
  • Familiarity using an MRM tool
  • Experience using G Suite and/or Office 365

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of applicable experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Wrike or other project management tools

Working conditions:

  • Ability to adapt and self-direct in response to changing needs and deadlines
  • Tolerance for an environment where dogs may be present (office areas only)
