On Boarding Specialist/Payment Processor

We are looking for a Loan Boarding Specialist to input and audit information from online documents into our system of record and a Payment Processor to process payments, payoffs and make deposits. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, 10 key proficient and have a keen eye for detail. You will report to the Processing/Transfer Manager and will receive support from your manager and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Transfer data from online documents into our system, print an account listing, make a physical file that will be numerically filed into the vault and print, upload and mail a welcome letter
• Input auto withdrawal information when received from clients, upload to online document storage and email customer upon completion
• Receive and process payments from clients
• Scan checks and make daily deposits
• Process Payoffs

Skills

• Proven experience with data entry
• Typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred (10-key)
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
• Basic understanding of databases
• Great attention to detail
• High school degree or equivalent
