Job Description
Overview: We are actively recruiting for an open position at our affiliate, Georgia Eye Partners. We provide a full range of surgical procedures at our own state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center. Procedures include cataract surgery, glaucoma surgery, laser vision correction, corneal transplantation, blepharoplasty, ptosis correction, orbital fracture repair, lid lesion excision and laser eye surgery for diabetes. Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the day to day operations of Georgia Eye Partners Decatur Office. Provides administrative leadership to the practice. Ensures quality services are provided according to established policies and procedures. Responsible for working in collaboration with practice physician(s) to manage the Decatur office templates and patient schedules. Responsible for ongoing operational evaluations. Partners with the Regional Human Resources Director and Practice Administrator for employee performance evaluations, hiring, transfers, promotions and employee relations concerns.Qualifications:
  • High school Diploma, secondary education preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible operations experience in a healthcare environment required
