What you'll do:

  • Support company operations by maintaining office systems.
  • Supervise, mentor, train and coach office staff and delegate assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and placing necessary orders.
  • Greet company visitors
  • Execute new branch employee onboarding and orientations
  • Act as HR support within the branch. Assist in interviews, exit interviews, reviews and corrective actions. Assist in ensuring all are properly documented and submitted to HR leadership.
  • Coordinate office schedules, events and meetings as needed.
  • Prepare, post, verify and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
  • Generate monthly billing statements for customers
  • Identify delinquent accounts and contact delinquent accountholders to request payment
  • Provide technical support to servers, networks, telephones and other IT platforms
  • Provide IT advice and assistance to other associates
  • Interface with all vendors for repairs/services for the branch
  • Prepare management level reports

  • 5 years experience in office administration
  • Excellent computer skills including a high degree in efficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.

  • Basic accounting skills
  • Must be a Notary or willing to become a Notary within first 6 months of employment
