Job Description

The Office Coordinator / Receptionist assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the corporate office, it's functions and duties as well as general corporate office support. This includes greeting and directing visitors, answering telephone calls, and performs general clerical tasks. This position requires prioritizing initiatives and multitasking. This is an entry level position and training will be provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting with the maintenance of employee files and the HR filing system.
  • Assisting with the day-to-day tasks within the Corporate Office.
  • Maintain all FedEx, UPS and other shipping supplies and needs for the office, coordinate shipping and delivery of packages. Process and distribute all mail.
  • Manage schedule, upkeep and paperwork for company van and cleaning crew.
  • Declutter conference rooms, break room as needed.
  • Manage key cards and office keys.
  • Act as the point of contact for facility, printer, mailing machine, and office supply concerns.
  • Coordinate cleaning crew.
  • Random office errands.

  • Must have a valid driver's license for running office errands.
  • Clean and clear driving record.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to move/ transport miscellaneous items weighing up to 45 pounds.
  • Purchase and stock all office supplies, cleaning supplies, snacks and bottled water for office.
