Job Description
Westmoor Mfg. Co., maker of Panhandle Western Wear and Rock & Roll Denim, has an immediate opening for an OFFICE ASSISTANT with general office experience. This person will assist the CFO, and all departments with special projects as needed.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Reliability, punctuality and accountability are very important
- Comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
- Ability to professionally interact with all staff, management members, and prospects/clients
- Clear understanding and desire to render excellent customer service with a positive disposition
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word and other programs
- Ability to communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing is a must
- Must be flexible on tasks
- 2 to 5 years General Office experience
