About our Nurse Practitioner Role

Upperline Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner in the Muncie area.

Starting in 2023, Upperline Health will be building upon its founding mission by offering a new and innovative care model that provides comprehensive services for our at-risk patients. This model will be led by our Nurse Practitioners, who play a crucial role in ensuring we provide appropriate preventative care for our patients.

Our Nurse Practitioners will work within the scope of their license to care for patients as well as providing management of additional conditions as needed. Ideal candidates will have experience working with Medicare patients. Most importantly, candidates must demonstrate compassion for patient needs, have great attention to detail and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications of the Nurse Practitioner

  • Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner with appropriate certification and licensure is required
  • Possession of DEA registration or eligibility
  • CPR certification preferred
  • Upperline’s NPs must have strong compassion for our patients and their families
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-stress, demanding medical environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to ensure that each of your interactions with patients, family caregivers, clinicians, and team members is effective and meaningful.
