Nurse Aide (Non-Certified)- Sterling Assisted Living & Memory Care

Positions available for 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, 3 pm - 11:00 pm & 11:00 pm-7:00 am

Qualifications

· 3 Months Experience in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care (Preferred, not required)

Baylor employees work weekends only. The Baylor program allows employees to work a 16-hour shift every Saturday and Sunday. The reward for this program is getting paid an additional 15 hours on top of the hours worked.

(Ex. Work 62 hours in a pay period, but get paid for 77 hours)

Baylor hours are 7 am to 11:15 pm every Saturday and Sunday.

For FT employees every shift picked up is an additional $85 and partial shift is $25. PT/PRN employees are eligible for $250 if three shifts a week are picked up.
