Job Description
Overview:
TFCU has an immediate need for a Network Specialist I/II in OKC. The position will design, test, implement, maintain, and support the corporate data communications network, with emphasis on throughput and dependability. Also, serves as corporate gatekeeper for all networking functions and regularly interfaces with TFCU management, other credit union employees, and members as required. Salary range for a Specialist I is $70,721-$88,400 and the salary range for a Specialist II is $79,207-$99,008. Actual placement will be determined individually based on the selected candidate’s experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university in computer science, math or engineering required; five to ten years related experience and/or training. Must hold applicable technical certifications, and/or is able and willing to attain them within an agreed to timeframe including passage of related examinations (i.e. – Microsoft, Unix, Cisco, etc.). Some formal electrical, experience, and utilization skills with Fiber and Ethernet data communications equipment and software or their equivalent is preferred.
