Each of our Loan Officers gets their own Web Page and Borrower Portal for originating loans. We are automated and we do every kind of residential loan. We like to call ourselves the go to second opinion mortgage price. You must be an Arizona resident

We pay weekly with direct deposit. Our payouts are very competitive. We pay as much as 100bps on a 50/50 split. We offer our loan officers trigger leads with no up front costs, paid out of closings. If you know the mortgage business you can do extremely well

First Charter is a good place to hang your license for the long term. We are stable, dependable and experienced. We know the business.

We are looking for experienced licensed mortgage loan originators. You must be able to communicate financing concepts and instill confidence in borrowers. You must be able to lead and build confidence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
