Full Time Job OpportunityGeneral DescriptionResponsible of an assigned loan mortgage portfolio, maintaining consistent communication with clients and follow up to get missing documents. The prime responsibility is to act as a liaison and support among sales, processing and clients in order to maintain a strong relationship toward their goal through homeownership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Manage daily tasks by working with mortgage loan portfolio, carry out calls, follow up missing documents and maintaining the system with updated information.
- Educate and nurture customers through proactive outreach including delivery of follow- up’s and status updates during the loan process.
- Establish as a trusted and strategic team member to drive continued value for the customer.
- Act as an escalation point and expedite resolution for our customers and internal business partners.
- Provide exceptional service to customers, as well as our internal and external partners.
- Work in collaboration with Sales, Processing, Underwriting, Support and all internal/external business partners to ensure the delivery of a seamless customer experience.
- May answer inquiries and help resolve situations.
- Uses computerized system for tracking loan process, identifying missing documents, gathers information and documents needed for analysis.
One (1) to three (3) years of mortgage sales experience.
Additional Information- Strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of sales, operations, credit procedures and the required mortgage loans documentation (mortgage loan process).
- Knowledge of products, policies, rules and regulations that apply to the mortgage industry.
- Understand real estate appraisals, title reports, and real estate transactions in general.
- Ability to take ownership of support functions within the process in an. effort to move loans forward.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule work assignments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse and multifunctional areas.
- Good bilingual communication skills including speaking clearly and accurately while using a pleasant tone and common conversational courtesies.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
