Job Description

Mobile Application Product Designer

As a Mobile Application Product Designer you’ll have the opportunity to create experiences that set in motion the entirety of content on our platforms. The products you design help create our ability to see around the corner of our customer’s needs, understand tech trends and provide actionable intelligence to create content strategies. This key strategic position is core to our competitive advantage and drives our efforts across most of the business. Your design efforts will help expand the breadth and depth of our workflow and scale our efforts to deliver wow and maximum value to our users.

Our Design Philosophy

Design at Sippd isn’t one discipline working in isolation. Far from it. Instead, we work in unison with our team, infusing our user-centered and technology-empowered strategy across all areas of the business.

We believe in Human-Centered Design, and the customer driving requirements, not internal stakeholders. We value being close to the people we serve, so we embed our designers in the business and with users to work with them as one. We still share design standards and systems across our community, things like common tools, design, and language. But to create a truly cohesive experience for our users across products and platforms, we’re all about collaboration.

About Sippd

Sippd’s mission is to revolutionize the consumer wine-dining and eCommerce experience by offering highly-personalized wine recommendations and scores based on the user’s taste and budget preferences, both at restaurants and shopping online, across 100,000’s of wines. We believe in empowering consumers by helping them know which wines they will like, before having tried them focused on strong and delightful user-experiences and social networks.
