The Team – Cloud & Enterprise Applications

Advise fast growing companies and well-known enterprises (both publicly traded and privately held) on a wide variety of projects including NetSuite, Oracle ERP & EPM Cloud, OneStream, Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV, CRM, and Dynamics 365 Business Central, RPA / Intelligent Automation, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and/or CIO Advisory.

Your Impact

  • As a Dynamics Business Central ERP Technical Senior Manager, you will be client-facing, responsible for translating clients' business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for a variety of simple to complex ERP solutions and integrating architecture.
  • Support the Dynamics and Business Central team in deal shaping, which includes discovery, demonstrations, and analysis.
  • As a Technical Lead, you are responsible for the delivery of Dynamics 365 configurations, custom assembly development, integration code and data migration scripts.
  • Architect, design and develop full-lifecycle development efforts which are based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM, Canvas or Model Driven frameworks.
  • Contribute to architectural best practices and customization standards.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality customizations.
  • Translate clients' processes and requirements into a BC solution, including systems integrations and recommended ISV's or 'best of breed' solutions.
  • Prepare clients to use the ERP solution by analyzing business and operations changes, defining and delivering training, and executing testing plans.
  • Manage customer relationships by providing support, answering questions, and resolving concerns and issues.
  • Work with the project manager and project team by communicating essential information, obtaining team input, reviewing open issues and action items, contributing information to team meetings and reports, and using technology and tools as defined for each project.
  • Continue to build expertise by participating in educational opportunities, self-study, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Deliver on projects in the areas of critical data, data management, data governance, dashboard monitoring, DQ dashboards, data controls, data lineage, and data mapping.
  • Conduct interviews with client stakeholders to identify process and data challenges.
  • Document and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Develop analytical proof-of-concept prototypes and/ or deliver large-scale analytical platform implementations to fulfill clients' tactical and strategic requirements.
  • Develop business procedures and data management policies for ensuring data accuracy and control.
  • Create model documentation, developing implementation roadmaps, and perform knowledge transfers.
  • Deliver on ERP projects including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations and other special projects over a full project life cycle.
  • Conduct operational assessments to analyze our client's current enterprise processes, organization, and technology environment in order to determine the optimal operating model, driving value through the CFO organization.
  • Work with different groups within the organization (accounting, FP&A, and operations).
  • Become fully engaged in deployment activities by providing technical guidance to project teams and developing material and conducting training for clients, technical, and non-technical audiences.
  • Manage client relationships with an eye toward identifying and closing on new business opportunities.
  • Actively participating in career development activities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), IT, or related field.
  • 2+ years of implementation experience with Dynamics Business Central Cloud
  • 8+ years of Dynamics NAV or Business Central experience with one or more of the following: Accounting & Finance, Project Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Production Control (Process), Manufacturing, Warehouse, Master Planning or Transportation Management.
  • Development background with Dynamics GP, Dynamics CRM/365, Dynamics AX or Dynamics F&O.
  • Understanding of typical software development lifecycles (Waterfall, Agile) and their associated lifecycle artifacts.
  • IT experience performing complex application development projects on the Microsoft stack.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM platform, the entity model, security model, and Web services.
  • Development experience with Dynamics 365 / CRM and/or Power Platform.
  • .NET and C# development experience including experience with the CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints.
  • Experience architecting solutions involving Dynamics customizations, including server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies and plug-ins.
  • Experience with ADO.NET, ASP.NET, Windows Communication and Workflow Foundations.
  • JavaScript, HTML design, and development experience.
  • Experience architecting business solutions based on SQL Server database, reporting and integration services.
  • Experience with object-oriented design and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA).
  • Experience with identifying and correcting for problems in imperfect data and processes.
  • Experience with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations.
  • Experience in documenting and performing analysis of client environments including technology strategy, current technology architecture, organizational structure, and business processes.
  • Self-starter and able to function well as an individual or in a team.
  • Experience presenting to CXO suite.
  • Ability and eagerness to constantly learn and teach others.
  • Must be flexible for travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting experience.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Apps certifications.
  • Experience implementing Dynamics Field Services application.
