Job Description


As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise team members on managing communications and/or negotiations between Fannie Mae and clients regarding loans and other investments. In this role, you will review and comment on underwriting and reviewing the issuance of securities to customers.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The MF Risk - Underwriting - Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Multifamily real estate underwriting.
  • Analyze the risks and costs lending decisions and make recommendations on process improvement related to decision process.
  • Advise on process related to issuance of the securities or other financial loans to the customer.

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 6 years relevant experience


Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Financial analysis; Leverage ratios
  • Loan management skills
  • Property analysis
  • Evaluation of borrower/organizational structures
  • Risk Assessment/mitigation and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of DUS/GSE underwriting guidelines
  • Excel; Sales Force
