Job Description

Being on our store team is an experience filled with hard work, creativity and teamwork. As a Team Member, your role is to help each customer create something amazing - no small task

Hire, train and coach logistics / merchandise team to achieve

results; lead the performance management process.

  • Lead and manage freight flow and Plan O Gram (POG) execution
  • Workload planning, assist Store Manager with scheduling; ensure truck standards are followed
  • Serve as the Manager on Duty, leading the 4 wall operation
  • Lead and manage the visual merchandising standards in store and execution of layouts Manage Loss Prevention programs, including Safety Committee, alarm tests and facility inspections in partnership with Safety Committee
  • Lead and manage freight flow, Buy On Line Pick Up in Store (BOPIS), Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) activities
  • Lead and manage the Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) program and execution to deliver an in-stock store
  • Ensure Team completes daily cash reconciliation and bank deposit
  • May operate cash register and line busting if needed
  • Cross trained in Framing selling and production
  • Acknowledge customer and help locate product; Assist with alternate items or locations if not available in your store

Position Criteria

  • Available for any shift, including nights and weekends
  • Strong, open communication; proactive
  • Retail management experience preferred
  • Ability to function in fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
  • Ability to make decisions and exercise judgment through the day
  • Open and Close the store; process refunds assist with cleaning duties, including restroom cleaning other essential requirements
  • ability to remain stationary for long periods of time
  • ability to move throughout the store
