Seeking to hire a Part - Time Mental Health Worker for Partial Care

Job summary

• Responsibility for the provision and coordination of program services to include, but not limited to; on-site services and support for consumers
• Communicating observations and information about consumers to appropriate staff; supervising, organizing and supporting consumer activities as assigned by supervisory personnel
• Transportation of consumers; verbal counseling as needed; crisis intervention services (but not crisis intervention counseling)
• Participation in the development of Individual Recovery Plans
• Participation in individual service coordination; documentation in progress notes of observations, information, and services provided to consumers; additional responsibilities after successful completion of one (1) year of continuous services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Mental Health discipline (Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Counseling, Psychiatric Rehabilitation or Criminal Justice)
• 1+ years of verified related work or life experience in mental health, residential and/or partial care services desirable
• A valid driver's license insurable by agency's automobile insurance
