Job Description
Responds to various types of requests for medical record information by performing filing, maintenance, retrieval, purging and delivery to requestors of all appropriate medical records. Verifies and files various documentation into patient medical records. Accurately maintains health record tracking system for all records.Verifies, corrects and maintains patient folders.
