Medical Receptionist

Chiropractor office looking to fill our Front Desk position. Some of the responsibilities of the position are:

• Manage scheduling, check in of patients
• Answer phones, greet patients
• Maintain current patient insurance benefits and eligibility records
• Collection of patient balances and copayments
• Processing of Medical Records requests
• Assist the provider with the collection of visit information for billing

There is one provider in the office, and our Front Desk is the primary position and point of contact. Applicant should be motivated, willing to problem solve to assist the Provider in providing the best experience to our patients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Spokane, WA 99218: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
