Job Summary*
The receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients/clients and answering telephone calls. This position also requires the individual to determine who gets access to the building, schedule meetings, do paperwork, and perform administrative tasks. This individual is expected to represent the company's core values at all time.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greeting and seating patients
  • Customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Answering telephones
  • Taking messages
  • Preparing medical records and patient folders
  • Entering progress note data into our pharmacy processing system
  • Operation of basic office machines including computer, fax machine, telephone and scanner
  • Basic office duties including scanning, filing, and preparing documents
  • Organizing infusion room contents, wiping infusion chairs between patients and placing blankets and pillows in laundrey bin after each infusion.
  • Guide patients throughout building to designated rooms
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Medical clinic reception experience
  • Customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Gmail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Professionalism
  • Oral and written communication skills
