Job Responsibilities

• Input charges and correctly code

• Perform follow-ups on unpaid claims with payers and patients

• Ensure that claims, denials, and appeals are processed efficiently

• Regularly monitor potential billing problems and errors

• Resolve client billing concerns and queries

• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Must maintain a strong knowledge of coding and payer guidelines

• Highly skilled in Internet usage

• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks

• Follow through on tasks in a timely and accurate manner

• Motivated, dependable and a fast learner
