Position Summary:
The Clinical Concierge: MA is responsible for performing all clinical tasks within the occupational medicine facility and MA-C license scope as directed by the facility provider after obtaining required occupational medicine certifications. Tasks will also include greeting and registering patients, and assisting clinic management with back office related tasks. This position works closely with the physicians, other clinical staff, any dedicated front office staff and clinic management. Work situations are a variety of functions within a clinic setting requiring knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data; discretion; good judgment; diplomacy; decision making; and a customer service attitude. Clinic environment includes walk-in and appointment based care This position requires a highly collaborative approach to services in a clinic environment.
Minimum Requirements:
One (1) year experience in physician's office or other medical facility preferred
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Medical assistant certification from an accredited training program
Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) Certification for Washington workers
