Job Description
Summary:
TPN is looking for a Media Planner who is interested in working on a growing team. We are seeking a person who is eager to learn while at the same time can provide unique insights based on prior experience. The Media Planner must be able to work independently, present to clients confidently, and understand digital media planning/buying from strategy to activation. The Media Planner will offer support on a variety of accounts and work across multiple teams.

Core Accountabilities :
    • Demonstrate knowledge of the digital media landscape
    • Develop and present creative digital advertising solutions that align with client marketing objectives
    • Use “tried and true” media solutions as well as sell in new ideas
    • Collaborate with account, planning and creative teams to deliver the final concept
    • Work with vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered correctly
    • Create insightful campaign performance reports
    • Work alongside the eCommerce team to execute retailer search campaigns and potentially Google search as well
    • Demonstrate the ability to stay organized and pay close attention to detail while managing multiple projects at the same time
    • Demonstrate an eagerness to stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies
    • Provide digital media expertise and education to the media team, the agency and its clients
    • Evaluate, build and maintain relationships with vendors
    • Over the long term, must be interested and willing to strategize and execute across other digital media tactics like social/influencer/eCommerce and work to actively absorb additional media skills through training sessions with the digital media team

Requirements:
    • 3+ years of experience developing B2C digital advertising media plans and presenting recommendations to clients
    • Previous experience in retail marketing and CPG experience preferred
    • Familiarity with Google Campaign Manager, Search and Integral Ad Science a plus
    • Education: four-year degree in communication, marketing or related field
