Job Description
Overview: Overview: Under general supervision, this position will be responsible for transporting, delivering and picking up materials from specific job sites. The position may use inventory software to assist in tracking items. They will assist in making sure all materials are stored properly and the yard cleanliness is maintained as needed. This position will also include some laborer duties which may include loading/unloading materials as needed, lifting and organizing loads to transport to and from locations and other labor related tasks as needed/required by manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Transporting and delivering materials to and from job sites specific to a certain region
  • Assisting with loading, securing, and unloading of materials
  • Assis in the organization of materials
  • Picking up materials from customers
  • General yard/warehouse duties including stocking, cleaning, and making sure items are properly stored
  • Other related laborer duties as assigned for this position

  • Safety - Follow all safety guidelines. Is alert and aware of surroundings and working hazards. Wears hardhat, safety vest, safety glasses, gloves, approved safety footwear, and seatbelt.
  • Drivers license is required, CDL A or B is preferred
Physical Demands:
  • Climb up and down ladders, machinery, and other objects
  • Endure long periods of standing, sitting, or walking
  • Push, pull, reach, and frequently carry objects such as tools, materials and equipment weighing up to 80lbs
  • Load and unload tools and equipment on truck
  • Coordinate movement of eyes, hands, fingers, and feet
  • Some work is outdoors and subject to inclement weather conditions.
