As a Senior Marketing Specialist within PNC’s Retail Line of Business Strategy team within the Brand COE organization. This role will support the following lines of business: Auto Lending, Home Equity, Mortgage (B2B and B2C), and SmartAccess.

This is a remote position within one of the following markets; Pittsburgh, PA., Cleveland, OH., Philadelphia, PA., Downers Grove, IL, Birmingham, AL, or Houston, TX . Surrounding markets may be considered. In person activities may occur periodically based on business need.

We are looking for an individual who has the ability to build partnerships, has strong project management skills, experience in multi-channel marketing, and be able to work cross-functionally to build consensus with business partners. The candidate should be a self-starter who is very detail oriented, shows initiative and has the ability to think critically. This role requires creative strategy experience, the ability to provide effective and actionable creative feedback to our agency partners, a strong understanding of digital creative best practices, as well as production experience. Advertising agency experience is preferred.

Specifically, in this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing strategic, tactical, and marketing program support for assigned line of business marketing partners. This individual will help to drive communications strategies alongside media and line of business marketing partners.
  • Acting as the main point of contact with advertising agencies and internal/external business partners to coordinate development and execution of marketing projects. Channel support will include, but not limited to: Digital advertising (display banner/video and social), out of home, direct mail, sales collateral development, print advertising, and branch merchandise
  • Managing production budgets across each assigned line of business, ensuring that invoices are submitted on time and in alignment with forecasts
  • Partnering with the PNC Social Media and Digital Strategy team to develop and implement content for digital platforms, all in support of line of business marketing objectives.
  • Working collaboratively with line of business partners to ensure that input documents organize project objectives, serve as a creative guide, and inspire agency thought
  • Ensuring all marketing materials obtain necessary approval and promote the PNC brand guidelines and standards
Job Description

Independently supervises, manages and assists in the development of aspects of marketing program execution.
Leverages a strong comprehension of Marketing strategies in order to positively inform execution of programs/projects.
Develops and executes more complex Marketing programs/ projects, strategies and activities that may include advertising, sales content and internal communications. Proactively collects and synthesizes data. Assembles trends. Helps identify strategic and tactical implications.
Acts as a liaison to agencies, third parties or internal business partners to coordinate development and execute on their behalf.
Oversees activities including coordination with legal, compliance, invoicing, budget management and process workflows.

Work Experience
