We are currently seeking an energetic, self-motivated,?and results-driven Marketing Specialist?to help drive demand, elevate Media Partners’ brand in the market, and establish thought leadership. The position reports directly to the Marketing Director and is instrumental to overall company growth.

In this role, you will work closely with internal marketing team members and external vendors to support various marketing efforts, including but not limited to the development, execution and measurement of content, email, social, and digital marketing. This multi-faceted position is a great way to gain holistic in-depth marketing experience in a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company.

The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial, collaborative, detail-oriented and analytical. They will have digital & social media experience and/or experience working with marketing automation (e.g.Pardot, Mailchimp or Marketo) as well as a willingness to learn. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong project management and problem-solving capabilities, a willingness to try new things, and enthusiasm to face the challenges of working for a quickly growing company and taking on a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development of marketing content like blogs, eBooks, online quizzes, and infographics with external copywriters.
  • Develop email campaigns in Pardot (our marketing automation engine), coordinate proofing.
  • Develop and execute content or marketing experimentation initiatives.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to define social strategies based on a thorough understanding of business objectives, user needs, and industry best practices.
  • Be the voice of the company and communicate with our users on social media platforms.
  • Coordinate and manage the lead generation marketing calendar including digital, email, social campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 1-2 years of marketing experience with a clear track record of success and exceeding goals preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with marketing automation (Mailchimp, Marketo or Pardot) and digital & SM marketing tools (Google analytics, Hootsuite, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
  • Strong communication skills particularly in writing with a creative storytelling mindset; Some graphic design skill will be a plus.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated to make an impact and learn from others.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a collaborative environment with shifting priorities.
  • High energy, positive attitude, attention to detail and respectful collaboration with cross-functional team.
  • Preferred experience with Office 365 tools.
