Job Description

Logan Simpson, an environmental planning, cultural resource, planning, and landscape architectural design firm, has an immediate opening for a regular full-time Marketing Proposal Specialist. This position can be located in either our downtown Tempe, Arizona office, or in our office in historic Old Town in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinates and/or leads the Request for Qualification (RFQ)/Request for Proposal (RFP) process with pursuit teams, including development and preparation of proposals, qualification packages, award nominations, interview presentations, and related deliverables.
  • Writes and edits the quality content used in digital and print marketing materials.
  • Provides a high level of graphic design and photo editing for a variety of marketing materials and social media graphics.
  • Coordinates photography and videography between project teams and a professional photographer and maintains electronic photo library.
  • Supports the development of social media content.
  • Participates in the planning and implementation of tradeshows and special events.
  • Contributes to the organization of marketing meetings and company events.

Position Requires:

  • 5+ years of professional experience. A/E/C industry a plus.
  • Degree or experience in a related field (Business, Marketing, Communications, and or Graphic Design).
  • Possess expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
  • Photography and video editing a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adjust to daily changes in priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Desire to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Deltek (Vision) experience highly desired.
  • Photography and video editing skills a plus.
