The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for facilitation of the global go-to-market process and oversees execution of integrated marketing initiatives, product launches, campaigns, as well as associated deliverables and timelines. In this role, the Marketing Project Manager will organize the integrated marketing calendar, prioritizing workflow, and keeping the team on track with key seasonal milestones and deliverables. The ideal candidate has the proven ability to make evaluated decisions in a fast-paced environment, guides projects from inception to completion, is detail oriented and forges strong cross-functional relationships with internal and external partners. Responsibilities:
  • Support the Integrated Marketing team in running the seasonal go-to-market process and calendar.
  • Oversee marketing projects from brief through final execution by initiating and maintaining timelines and milestones.
  • Connect the dots from strategy to creative delivery to ensure all launches deliver on their goals.
    Identify problems before they materialize, raise risk and decisions to leadership when necessary, and provide solutions.
  • Develop and clearly communicate deadlines to cross-functional teams. Tracking, recapping, and communicating next steps and holding teams accountable by reinforcing leadership decisions.
  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration ties with leads across marketing, creative, digital, brand innovation, retail, and external partners.
  • Management across a range of projects including digital launches, new store openings, seasonal campaigns, talent-focused campaigns, product launches, and new initiatives.
  • Analyze and optimize projects, standards, and methodology to build best practices and tools for implementation and find opportunities to develop and refine marketing processes, streamlining communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts with cross-functional teams such as brand, media, social, global marketing teams, and legal to ensure our marketing plans optimally go to market.
  • Assist in developing the marketing strategy ensuring all activity is linked directly to content and brand goals.
  • Build polished presentations outlining campaigns and go-to-market plans.
  • Coordinate and deliver on campaign hindsights, working closely with campaign partners, analytics, and insights teams to uncover insights to advise future initiatives and strategies.
  • Develop a creative eye and thoroughly review creative assets for our campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience of project management and/or marketing experience
  • Strong experience in working in retail marketing
  • Experience managing multiple budgets
  • A proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Expertise in drafting legal agreements and negotiating major partnerships
  • Strong ability in fostering strong relationships with agents and talent
  • Dynamic, able to move quickly with program implementation and maintain focus amid change
  • Strong attention to details and timelines
