Marketing Professional/Graphic Designer

We are on the hunt for an outstanding Marketing Professional/Graphic Designer to join our team. If you are an experienced Marketing Professional/Graphic Designer with a passion for construction, and have an insane need and desire to be part of building great projects then please read on!

What you'll be doing:

• Responsible for the design of all marketing materials such as brochures, market portfolios, flyers, ads, trade show displays, mailers, etc.
• Responsible for creating the semiannual portfolio.
• Coordinating marketing details with the VP of Marketing & Public Relations, including graphic materials, event related marketing, and advertising.
• Works on special projects, initiatives, promotions, and other programs as needed at the direction of the VP of Marketing & Public Relations.
• Assisting with award submissions and publication surveys, etc.
• Assisting with company events and conferences.
• Help maintain brand consistency throughout all communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need for this position:

• Detail oriented mindset with a positive "can-do" attitude.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing or related experience.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required Adobe Suite and Microsoft Suite.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design.
