Georgia-Pacific Building Products, a division of Georgia-Pacific, is currently seeking candidates for the Marketing Manager - Customer & Sales Enablement position to be part of our growing Marketing (Center of Excellence) organization and will be positioned in Atlanta, GA.

What You Will Do In Your Role

The primary responsibility of the Marketing Manager - Customer & Sales Enablement role will be to develop and manage Marketing communication content/tools leveraged by our Field Sales and Retail Customers.You will work with closely with other Marketing functions and Sales groups to identify opportunities, build communication materials, and drive adoption of digital tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Marketing communication playbooks/templates for product launches and annual campaign initiatives
  • Create strategies targeted at improving the user adoption of sales enablement tools/content
  • Maintain Marketing asset library within Seismic, our sales enablement platform
  • Identify content opportunities and share insights with Marketing Brand Managers for consideration and development
  • Establish strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to ensure smooth program execution and efficient sharing of information
  • Manage inventory levels for Marketing collateral, products samples, and other physical items in our sample fulfillment warehouse
  • Work with Channel Sales team to develop and execute marketing programs across retail channels to drive product and brand awareness for our Pro and DIY customers
  • Observe competitive landscape and leverage retail partner insights to optimize GP’s online product presence
  • Collect and share Retail performance metrics with various business stakeholders - extract actionable insights to optimize customer engagements

The Experience You Will BringRequirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience in Marketing, eCommerce, Communications, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience building marketing content and/or developing sales enablement tools
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Experience serving as a lead project manager
  • Excels with relationship management

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience managing sales enablement platforms like Seismic
  • Experience working in the Building Products industry
  • Experience developing eCommerce marketing strategies/content
