We're looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager who will lead our marketing efforts, playing a critical role in our success as an organization. We view this role as a game-changer, significantly impacting our business to take us to the next level.

At Adage, marketing is an essential function of the sales process. We provide valuable insight to our customers through our website, videos, social channels, collateral, events, and conferences. As Marketing Manager, you'll oversee and manage these efforts as we target and define additional verticals we would like to grow in.

Our ideal candidate is data-oriented and analytical with a strong internal drive. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate proven B2B marketing expertise. You will utilize your strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

What you'll do:

  • Lead nurturing - Analyze and grow lead nurturing at Adage using a systematic approach to convert anonymous site visitors to qualified leads. You will decide on continued use of our marketing automation/email nurture tool or recommended replacement.
  • CRM management and reporting - You will be responsible for establishing a reporting structure for lead flow and eventual sales through the organization. Includes email marketing, drip campaigns, data enhancement solutions, and event programs
  • Content scheduling and development – Manage our content roadmap and plan assets to be created for print, web, videos, webinars, email, and social to attract new leads and prospects.
  • Team management - You will supervise a Marketing Specialist and a variety of marketing partners to ensure we are optimizing our presence across our website, referral sites, paid ads, emails, social, award competitions, event attendance and sponsorships, and co-marketing activities.
  • Sales team partnership – You'll collaborate with and support the sales team to equip them with the necessary tools to complete their jobs. This collaboration includes collateral development, some CRM management, dashboard creation, and reporting.
  • Department visioning - You will work with our CEO and VP of Strategic Growth to define target markets, buying personas, differentiators, message mapping, and brand management across all marketing channels and efforts.
  • Measurement - Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). You will use marketing automation, CRM, and other tools to provide insight for actionable next steps in improvement.
  • Trends - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance accordingly. In addition, evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption.


Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree (marketing, PR, or communications preferred)
  • 7+ years of professional marketing experience
  • Demonstrable experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, content planning and creation, website analytics and content management systems, and managing external partners
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC campaign management
  • Experience in managing, coaching, or mentoring others
  • Displays a high level of personal and professional integrity
  • Proven proficiency in managing budgets and timelines
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
  • Good listening and questioning skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of web, ecommerce, and mobile technologies
  • HTML, CSS and front-end development a plus
  • Experience in sales and/or non-profit space is a plus
