Job Description
Will help drive the marketing strategy for the North America lines of business, claims and risk consulting, in alignment with Sales / Distribution. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing/communications plans and will partner and collaborate with the rest of the Marketing team and Distribution to ensure alignment with the overall strategy and value proposition. This position is responsible for creating a culture and framework for market and customer based marketing plans, and will look to proactively identify market opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Line of Business/Service Marketing Planning:
    Develop and implement a framework to enhance marketing capabilities across the North America lines of business, Distribution, Claims and Risk consulting, and drive consistency in the development of marketing/communications/distribution plans. Implement an operational marketing model to monitor and leverage customer insights, market data, competitive analysis, product analysis, industry trends and outlooks, etc. in coordination with Distribution, the LoBs and other stakeholders.
  • Customer Service: Implementing the NPS survey, liaising with internal stakeholders and follow-up on action items
    Contribute to achieving greater than 75% of countries achieving above market or loyalty leader rating
  • Product/Service Marketing:
    Collaborate with Marketing Team to define the value proposition, differentiators, customer experience, etc. at the product/service level within the context of the overall AGCS value proposition. Develop a framework of product/service messaging for marketing, communications and promotional initiatives and activities.
  • Project Management & Measurement:
    Implement a project management methodology to lead rigorous project management execution. Develop a consistent approach to monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing/communications initiatives and campaigns at the marketing plan level.
