Purpose

The purpose of the marketing coordinator role is to serve as the liason between healthcare sales and the marketing team. The marketing coordinator reports directly to the senior director of marketing. The marketing cooridinator helps with all healthcare marketing tasks with members of the marketing team while keeping track of action items and deadlines.


THIS IS 100% REMOTE

Responsibilities:SSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide administrative support to internal Marketing team.
  • Assist in the execution of integrated marketing programs, advertising campaigns, trade shows, surveys, brochures, signage and other related projects.
  • Execute mailings
  • Compile marketing recap reports
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of all marketing campaigns and maintain master database of all marketing contacts
  • Coordinate all meetings
  • Help track budget and spend for team
  • Submit check requests and purchase orders on behalf of sales team
  • Handle printing and logistics of collateral materials
  • Organize contracts and disseminating to correct parties involved
  • Create intake forms for the Operations team
  • Triage incoming emails from customers
  • Interface with I.T. to make sure all campaigns are set up correctly before launch
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
  • BA/BS degree, marketing, communications, public relations, business or relevant field preferred
  • 1-2 years of related experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the aptitude to communicate effectively in both individual and group settings regardless of audience
  • Must be results driven, and take appropriate steps to achieve goals while taking ownership of situations as needed
  • Proven ability to deliver timely, accurate work product and demonstrate good follow up and follow through
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively while also ensuring accuracy of work through attention to detail
  • Exceptional writing and grammar skills a must
  • Must have an ability to learn different computer systems/databases easily and have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
