Job Description
Requisition Summary

The Marketing Compliance and Data Analyst is an exciting role contributing to the success of our department by managing the compliance program within the Marketing department and supporting Marketing data analytics initiatives. Responsibilities include providing regulatory compliance and safety assessment guidance on product conversion opportunities as well as managing documentation for the Aftermarket Parts Release Process (APRP). This position also provides standard and ad hoc reporting to the Marketing department and automates standard reporting using SQL, Tableau, and other tools.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and project management support for issues related to product safety and regulatory compliance
  • Manage documentation for the Aftermarket Parts Release Process (APRP)
  • Support product conversion for PACCAR brands
  • Develop and build reproducible reports on department KPIs
  • Complete ad hoc data pulls and reporting requests
  • Additional duties as assigned
Skills / Competencies
  • Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work with internal and external partners to drive special projects from inception to completion
  • Demonstrated skill in decomposing dynamic, complex efforts and managing them successfully
  • Experience with data visualization (Tableau) preferred
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language (SQL, Python, R) preferred
  • Strong heavy-duty truck product, manufacturing and process knowledge preferred
  • Experience in safety certification and/or regulatory compliance matters desired
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Engineering, Marketing, or Quantitative field preferred)
  • 5 years of industry experience in Engineering, Marketing, or Data Analytics
  • Experience with data visualization (Tableau) preferred
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language (SQL, Python, R) preferred
  • Six Sigma Belt desired
