This position will also handle all coordination and logistics of special events.Essential Responsibilities and Duties (other duties may be assigned):
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Executive Team, Sales, Business Development, Clinical Application, and Marketing Team at Corporate Headquarters on marketing related initiatives.
  • Assist with marketing program execution including collateral development, direct mail campaigns and digital marketing.
  • Assist in writing content and creating flyers for different platforms such as social media posts and e-blasts in conformance with internal and corporate guidelines.
  • Assist with preparing and submitting journal ads and other announcements to publishing companies.
  • Respond to customer inquiries for marketing collateral and other marketing queries via phone, email, or social media.
  • Update marketing tools and templates in conformance with internal and corporate guidelines.
  • Download and maintain new marketing related material from corporate marketing department.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate national and regional meetings, tradeshows, virtual events, other special events.
  • Document activities prior to and during events to develop internal and external communications.
  • Plan events within defined budgets and monitor the costs.
  • Maintain inventory of mailers, brochures, and other marketing material; coordinate shipping of materials as needed.
  • Assist in compiling data and creating reports to analyze program efficiency, trends, and market research.
  • Document and maintain marketing department processes; propose new ideas of continuous improvement of processes.
Qualifications:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or related field preferred
  • 2 years of relevant work experience in a marketing administrative role
  • 1 year experience with event coordination and logistics
  • Knowledge of relevant social media, marketing tools, and applications
  • Experience with Trello, Canva, and Story Chief or similar software preferred
  • Office 365 knowledge (Email, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient with the latest version of Adobe platforms (Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) preferred
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, with a desire to learn
  • High quality customer service oriented
  • Professional work ethic and demeanor
  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize, and problem-solve
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet daily deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm

Physical demands and work environment: Ability to perform a desk job for several hours. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
