We are seeking someone who is willing to work with a wide array of challenges in an ever changing environment. The main focus of this position is to ensure the reliability and quality of all our enterprise-level solutions. Additionally, candidates must be enthusiastic in learning and building software as well as a strong desire to be alert to the latest technology trends and emerging new technologies.

We are on the hunt for a superstar Facebook Ad Specialist to join our team.

We work with real estate agents and brokerages in order to generate consistent and actionable leads through social media using cutting edge audience segmenting and content generation tool developed in house.

The Facebook Ad Specialist is responsible for the optimal configuration of new clients Social media accounts and ongoing posting and monitoring of Facebook Ad Campaigns. You will have a keep eye for attention grabbing content and be a whiz at making sure that we are meeting our KPI’s for generating quality leads.

The ideal Facebook Ad Specialist has a HIGH attention to detail. Additionally, they are able to spot trends, problems, and opportunities for their accounts.

You should be eager to get your hands dirty in the data to spot problems and proactively recommend solutions.

Responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with clients to configure their account correctly for Facebook Advertising
- Generation of Audiences that will create results
- Monitoring campaign results and communicating those results back to clients
- Creating compelling content that will increate click through and form submission
- Helping to create new content templates and campaign templates for streamlining process
- Analysis of campaign data to make sure out clients are correctly allocating their ad spend
- Building out landing pages and form for optimal lead generation
- Develop and maintain mastery of digital marketing concepts
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the constantly changing Facebook tools for building campaigns, audiences and conversion tracking

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience managing Ad Campaigns
- 1+ years developing online digital campaigns and funnel strategies
- Familiarity with A/B testing
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication Skills
- Commitment to Achieving outstanding results
- Desire to learn and help us to constantly improve our product offering
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to mine data to inform decisions
- Flexibility to take on new roles and responsibilities – you might be called upon to wear multiple hats
- Ready and willing to dedicate time to an amazing team with amazing clients

Nice to Have:
- Experience with Advertising in the Real Estate Industry
- Sales Experience for potential upselling of services
- Experience working with CRMs and API connectors such as Zapier

With COVID – we are fully remote so you must be able to provide a steady internet connection and a dedicated work space. Post COVID – desired proximity to San Diego, but fully remote for the ideal candidate would be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
