Job Description
- Collects and analyzes data to evaluate existing and potential markets and customers
- Identifies and monitors competitors and researches market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect sales
- Supports the business development and capture team by providing market research on upcoming government contracts
- Builds a pipelines of upcoming business opportunities for C-level to evaluate
- Interacts routinely with all levels of operations and management team to follow through on tasking
- Coordinate and participate in meetings with customers, competitors, clients, and teammates to develop win strategy for specific opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in a government setting assisting with organizing future opportunities
- Ability to work well with all levels of management, internal staff, clients, and vendors
- Experience with the Microsoft suites (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Must have experience working within the government market
- Proven track record of pipelining government opportunities through websites like GovWin
- Demonstrated analytical, reasoning, planning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelors degree required and Masters preferred
- This position can be completed 100% remote
