Manufacturing Production Support - Documentation Specialist

We are currently seeking qualified Documentation Specialist for our client in Elkton, MD. This position would be for an 8 month contract. Candidates with a background designing and documenting SOPs are encouraged to apply.

• Skills:
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• General computer skills.
• Good documentation practices. Maintain neat, accurate, and complete records, logs, and lab notebook.
• Previous test equipment experience is Ideal. Testing performed typically includes: Mechanical testing (Instron), lubricity/durability testing (OakRiver), packaging / shipping distribution, Dimensional testing (CMM, Digital measuring microscopes, Keyence, laser micrometer, calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, pin gauges, rulers, protractors), visual inspections, leak testing (Uson, Pressure gauges), Etc…
• Have 20/20, equivalent, or corrected vision.

Background:

• Technical engineering, quality assurance, or manufacturing support experience is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $21.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
