This position will process and prepare custom orders for manufacturing. Custom orders could consist of doors, door hardware, door frames and windows. Laying out every detail to ensure we meet the customers expectations. You will also provide technical support to other departments while reporting directly to the Engineering Manager.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• 
  Prepare fabrication drawings for manufacturing
• Ensure production order is complete and accurate
• Generate and maintain Bills of Material
• Provide full support throughout the production process and resolving any issues in a timely manner
• Communicate with Customer Service any issues or discrepancies

Skills, knowledge and abilities we are looking for:

• Experience with CAD Software
• Ability to read and understand hardware drawings and templates
• Work well under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Manufacturing processes
