Requirements/Qualifications:

Must have strong communication skills and a passion for operations.

Must have a minimum of 2 years of full service restaurant management experience.

Have solid knowledge of P&L and managing costs.

Be capable of supervising employees on daily functions; assign duties and provide clear instructions while focusing on guest satisfaction.

Must be able to provide positive references and pass a background check.
