Job Description
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics.
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL, data warehousing, statistical analysis tools, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Amazon QuickSight.
  • 3+ years in managing and leading teams.

As a key member of the Consumer Line Talent Management (CLTM) leadership team within the newly formed Consumer Talent organization, the Manager, Talent Analytics role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute your experience and passion for data and analytics in a complex and global business. This individual will build, lead, and develop the Consumer Line Talent Management team’s analytics program that will be used to influence talent management initiatives, plans, and programs in support of the WW Consumer business.

This role will report to the global Head of Consumer Line Talent Management based out of Seattle and will be part of broader team of talent management professionals who support the WW Consumer business. This role will also work closely with the Consumer Talent Analytics, Science, and Research teams within WW Consumer along with central talent management teams.
The role will work at the intersection of people data and business performance. The role will work with their team to dive deep into data to assess macro talent trends across the WW Consumer organization and provide analytics to the Consumer Line Talent Management team.
CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with key stakeholders on analysis of complex datasets to make decisions, as well as use data to drive talent insights to influence Talent Management plans and solutions
  • Create vehicles to present talent findings and insights in a consultative way to talent management partners and relevant internal teams.
  • Use analytical and statistical rigor to solve complex problems and drive business and product decisions that directly impact the WW Consumer business.
  • Partner with Consumer Line Talent Management leaders and teams to translate their reporting needs into requirements to identify appropriate metrics to measure effectiveness of talent management initiatives.
  • Collaborate and partner with people analytics and talent community, including specialty functions and teams, to design data and analytics solutions and programs with a global impact. Recognize and adapt global best practices as appropriate.
  • Create process improvement mechanisms including automation on some of the existing processes/tools to ensure standardization and consistency as we scale.
  • Track and plan analytics projects working closely with multiple stakeholders in different geographies, supporting different business units, and different roles.
  • Champion data driven insights and analytics and teach partners and colleagues.
  • Lead a team of Business Analysts and Business Intelligence Engineers.

  • Experience presenting and communicating data, metrics, and insights to business leaders.
  • Previous experience working in or with Human Resources and people data.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, ETL, data modeling, and working with “Big Data.”
  • Understands the features and detailed functional requirements of the work, as well as the end user’s/customer’s needs.
