KPMG is currently seeking a Manager SAP ABAP Developer in Technology Enablement for our SAP Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute the design, development, testing and support for different SAP applications specific to ABAP technologies for a variety of clients
  • Leverage hands-on knowledge in SAP ABAP technologies to execute and provide guidance to clients, on-shore and off-shore team members
  • Provide thought leadership in support of the design, build and deployment of SAP functionality including process road mapping
  • Evaluate the design and effectiveness of technology controls throughout the business cycle and communicate challenges and opportunities to senior management and client personnel
  • Interface with IT development staff and third-party software providers (SAP and others) as required for technical matters
  • Supervise and provide performance management for Advisory staff working on assigned engagements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of SAP applications work with a strong, hands on experience in ABAP technologies including at least one full life cycle SAP implementation leading APAB development
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a technical field
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to create and sustain meaningful client relationships
  • Excellent coding skills and experience with SAP integration through internet & mobile technologies (iOS and Android mobile app design) on ABAP OO / and on the latest SAP technologies - SAPUI5 SAP Fiori SAP HANA XS & SAP Screen Persona
  • Extensive experience with CDS views, SQL Scripting, User Exits, IDOCs, Workflow, Interfaces, Reports, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms and BADIs.
  • Travel may be up to 80%
