TTEC is seeking an energetic Sales Operations professional to help take our company's sales growth to the next level. This individual is passionate about Sales, Sales Enablement, and Sales Operations and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This individual will have the opportunity to partner with senior sales leadership to foster a high performing, continuously improving team. This position will be responsible for coordinating processes/best practices within sales and will serve as a key point of contact for TTEC's Go-To-Market teams across the world.
We expect this role will be working from home, so we're looking for a highly motivated and independent person who collaborates and works effectively via their remote working environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Participate with the SVP of Sales Operations and the Sales Operations leadership team in developing and executing new strategies and initiatives to improve sales
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the company as well as creating the analytics and reporting for both the Board of Directors and the Operating Committee members of the organization
  • Support the sales organization by developing and improving sales processes, systems, policies, and procedures. In this role, you will provide leadership to the sales organization and counsel our Company's sales leaders on implementing sales organization objectives that appropriately reflect the Company's business goals.
  • Be responsible for internal sales processes and cadences such as:
  • Integrated Opportunity CRM data and Reporting
  • Opportunity Referral Process and Reporting
  • Quarterly Business Reviews Processes and Presentation Support (Individuals, Sales Leaders, Executive Committee)
  • And others
  • Lead and coordinate pre-sales client site visits to our contact center locations, leveraging a cross-functional team of Sales, Operations and more to design an agenda and create wow experiences for our visitors
  • Provide support for sales reporting and analytics, sales process optimization, sales systems management and enhancement, sales onboarding/training, sales program implementation, and sales forecasting
  • Oversee the maintenance of customer and opportunity information in CRM to ensure accuracy and alignment to sales goals
  • Assist in creating account assignments, structuring incentive plans, and setting quotas
  • Serve as the point of contact with Business Operations and Finance as needed to ensure integrity and accuracy of all aspects of sales administration.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, flexibility and ability to multi-task with a smile
  • Be reliable, available and accessible in support of critical projects
  • Have strong home high-speed Internet connection to support downloading and uploading large files and video collaboration
  • Take initiative, accomplish tasks without supervision - work independently and be a self-starter

Job Specifications

  • BS/BA strongly preferred
  • Professional experience in CX, contact center operations (customer care, tech support, back office, sales), contact center technology and/or digital transformation preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a business-to-business sales environment
  • Minimum 3-5 years in a sales operations, business planning, or sales support role
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, data visualization/BI tools (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Power BI), and contact center metrics a plus
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience coordinating large corporate meetings and client events
  • Experience successfully managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to easily shift from strategic to detail-oriented initiatives
  • Expert knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word
  • Able to work well within a cross-functional team and ever-changing environment to achieve personal and department goals
  • Feels comfortable to communicate with different functions and colleagues in a global, multi-site, and multi-cultural environment

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $54,000-$86,000 USD. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
